What is the Nagireo Tarot project?

NagiReo Tarot is a safe-for-work, digital art collaboration to create a NagiReo themed tarot deck. Each creator will contribute artwork that fits the theme of their assigned card in the Major Arcana deck.

Minimum Orders & Stretch Goals

We require a minimum order of 40 decks to manufacture the physical tarot decks. If we do not reach this goal, all customers will receive a full refund.Stretch Goals Include:
45 Decks - Additional Tarot Card with Unique Artwork
50 Decks - 2nd Additional Tarot Card with Unique Artwork
55 Decks - Tarot Themed Sticker Sheet

Cancellation Policy

You may receive a full refund for cancellations (excluding payment processing fees) made during the preorder period. No cancellations will be accepted after the preorder period closes, as the funds will be used to pay for production. All cancellation requests must be made to our email (insert email here) and must provide proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

We will only offer refunds under the following conditions:Order is damaged or missing due to our negligence in packaging.
Order is not delivered due to our negligence in packaging labels (i.e. address label does not match address on order).To request a refund, provide videos and/or photos when contacting us.We will not offer refunds under the following conditions:Order is undelivered due to incorrectly entered mailing address at time of purchase.
Order is shipped to an old address without notifying us prior to address change deadline.
Order is damage due to handling by shipping providers.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We will not be accepting any returns.

Shipping policy

Production will approximately take 2-3 months. Shipping is expected to begin in May 2026.All orders will be shipped from The United States and will be shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service). When we ship your package, we will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number.Address changes are accepted until shipment begins. We will announce the start of our shipping period on our Twitter account @nagireo_tarot.Due to current USPS service restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:  Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cayman Islands, Chad, China, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen. Please refer to the USPS website for more information on service disruptions.Buyers will be responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or VAT charges that may apply. We will not be responsible for any delays due to customs. We will not be responsible for any returned or undelivered packages due to unpaid duties and fees. If the package is returned back to us, buyers may pay for the package to be reshipped.
